Welcome to Roast, inc!   We Roast, Brew, and Teach all about coffee right here on site.  We Roast some of the best coffee grown on this planet.  Cup of Excellence, Best of, and auction lot coffee are all we do.  We’ll also show you where it was grown and who grew it, where it was processed and when it came into the states.   We participate in several different buying programs which pay FairTrade minimum, and as much as 100% over FairTrade.  We firmly believe paying farmers well for exceptional products.

We brew on site with Clever Coffee Drippers, Yama Siphon Pots, Bodum French Presses, and with our Techni-Vorm brewers.  All of our espresso is made on a hand rebuilt Rancillio Millennium Two Group Machine.

All of our treats are micro-local as well.  We serve muffins from Anne’s Cakes, Cookies from Dozen, and goodies from J&M Bakers.  For peeps looking for a healthy treat we also carry Grab the Gold bars, which are made in Franklin, TN.  All of the milk we use is from Hatcher Family Dairy in Williamson County.
